Sarah T. Zipf, is a research project manager for Teaching and Learning with Technology at the Pennsylvania State University where she researches the implications and impact technology has on teaching and learning. Zipf’s research interests include educational technology, distance and online education, educational equity, and outsourcing in higher education. She is an adjunct instructor for the Penn State World Campus.
