Impact Statement

{

As a new faculty member at Penn State Harrisburg, transitioning from a 29-year career as a speech-language pathologist, I am sincerely grateful for the support and resources provided by the Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) program. The workshops, consultations, and hands-on experiences (particularly the Canvas Prep and Practice sessions and the Learning Tool Exploration series) have helped me build digital fluency and gain confidence in using academic technologies. Through TLT, I have learned how to create more engaging, accessible, and student-centered learning environments. This recognition is an honor, and I look forward to continuing to integrate technology tools that enhance student learning and professional preparation.
