Tehniyet Azam, MPS, CCSP, is a graduate assistant in the Teaching and Learning Technology department at The Pennsylvania State University. She is a third-year PhD student in Workforce Education and Development. Her research focuses on the critical intersection of burnout, training and evaluation, with the aim of providing valuable insights to address the pervasive issue of workforce burnout. With a Master of Professional Studies and certification as a Career Services Provider through the National Career Development Association, Tehniyet brings both academic rigor and practical expertise to her work.
