Technology Enhanced Learning Leaders
Transforming learning through technology integration.

About TELL
The TELL program is a dynamic, hybrid faculty development initiative designed to empower educators in thoughtfully integrating technology into their teaching. With a special emphasis on Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategies, the program equips faculty to create more engaging and accessible learning experiences.
Participants will engage in a blend of synchronous sessions and asynchronous activities, dedicating approximately six hours to discussions, interactive exercises, and course planning. A fully asynchronous version of the program will soon be available through Penn State’s Learning Resources Network, providing added flexibility.
Beyond professional development, TELL offers personalized instructional design support and cultivates a collaborative learning community. Faculty will receive tailored guidance as they design and implement a technology-enhanced project within their course—ensuring that digital tools are used purposefully to enrich student learning and drive academic success
