The Technology Enhanced Learning Leaders (TELL) program at Penn State is a hybrid faculty development initiative designed to help educators thoughtfully integrate technology into their teaching practices. Emphasizing Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategies, TELL aims to create more engaging and accessible learning experiences.
Participants engage in approximately six hours of both synchronous sessions and asynchronous activities, focusing on discussions, interactive exercises, and course planning.
